Hapticks Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hapticks (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Hapticks is licensed, not sold.

We grant you a:

• non-exclusive
• non-transferable
• revocable

license to use the App for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, or distribute the App
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• bypass or interfere with licensing mechanisms

3. Beta Access

If you are using a beta version:

• features may be incomplete, unstable, or change at any time
• access may be time-limited
• Pro features may be temporarily unlocked

We may modify or terminate beta access at any time without notice.

4. License Keys & Activation

• Certain features require a valid license or beta key
• Licenses may be limited by device (“seat”)
• You are responsible for keeping your key secure

We reserve the right to:

• revoke licenses in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms
• limit or suspend access where necessary

5. Payments & Refunds

If you purchase Hapticks:

• payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or Paddle)
• we do not store your full payment details

Refunds:

• may be offered at our discretion (e.g., within 14 days of purchase)
• if granted, your license may be revoked

6. Third-Party Integrations

Hapticks may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Slack
• Google Workspace
• Atlassian (Jira)

When using integrations:

• you are responsible for providing valid credentials or tokens
• you must comply with your organization's policies and applicable laws
• your use of those services is governed by their terms

We are not responsible for:

• third-party outages
• changes to third-party APIs
• loss of functionality due to third-party changes

Trademarks: All third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners. Hapticks is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful purposes
• access data you are not authorized to access
• misuse integrations or APIs
• interfere with the App's operation or security

8. Updates & Changes

We may:

• update, modify, or discontinue features
• release new versions of the App

Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• fitness for a particular purpose
• reliability or availability
• error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appdemon shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• issues arising from third-party integrations

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law
